What is Winter Park Vet up to in 2024. Turns out a lot.

As an independent and family owned and operated veterinary hospital, our community means the world to us. Family is one of our Core Values and community is family by another name. As we look to start 2024 out right, we are striving to give back to the community that has been so supportive of Winter Park Vet over our 69 years in existence.

Orlando Opera

Winter Park Vet was honored to support Orlando Opera’s Florida District Gala. The Winter Park Veterinary Hospital Prize was awarded to Hannah Seah who will go on to compete in Atlanta for a spot in a performance at the Metropolitan Opera in NYC. Hannah is pictured here with her adorable purple Milton. Billy and Eva Hess joined the sponsorship gala with other like minded arts lovers in Winter Park.

Aviary Fundraiser for Audubon

The Winter Park Vet Team came out in full force to support our amazing Friends at Audubon. They are raising money to rebuild their Owl Aviary and create a world class visitor experience in support of these amazing birds. We even had a local barred owl come in and join the festivities. If you are interested in supporting Audubon or even just visiting their facilities please check out. https://cbop.audubon.org/

Winter Park Rotary Denim and Dazzle

Winter Park is such a fun place to live and work. The Rotary Club of Winter Park does some amazing things for the community so we felt it was only right to step up and help support these continued efforts.

School Support

We were proud to support some long-term Winter Park Vet clients as they help Brookshire Elementary and Edgewater High School.

Watermark  WAVE Awards:

We were also proud to again be recognized by Watermark as a favorite veterinary hospital in Orlando by their readership.

Executive Association of Greater Orlando (EAGO):

Winter Park Vet has been a proud member of EAGO since 2015. Billy Hess, our hospital manager, served on their board for 3 years and was president in 2019. While the team didn’t win the EAGO golf tournament this year, they had a great time and sponsored a hole sign.

Did you know, the majority of our service providers are small, locally owned businesses?

We are a small business and we are proud to support small businesses and choose them whenever possible. Thank you for your support and continued commitment to quality veterinary care for your furry, feathered or scaly friends.

We have some more exciting events and sponsorships planned for this summer so stay tuned.

We hope you enjoyed our article
