I just want to say thank you so much for taking care of my baby Wild Thang. Finally diagnosing why he was having problems with his eyes, examining him thoroughly and giving him the proper medicine he needed. He’s doing so much better because of you. We both thank you so much l🫶🏾😺😻

I saw Dr Lo Kamp with two sugar gliders, they were very nice, caring, patient, and knowledgeable!

I have so much respect and am so grateful for all that Dr. Andrade has done for my pets. Sundance, my senior Anatolian shepherd, has had 2 tumors removed by Dr. Andrade. She is so caring and so respectful of my thoughts and I just thank her for giving me more time to enjoy my 14 year old senior. She is so pleasant and easy to talk to and has such a beautiful soul for animals. I also had to bring my senior cat, Chilly, in as it was time for him to find his peace at Rainbow Bridge. Again, Dr. Andrade helped me and gave me alone time with him afterwards so I could hug and just be with him. I will forever be thankful for Dr. Andrade’s kind and gentle understanding.

First time I came here was to treat our senior cat, despite him having to be put to rest it wasn’t because of this hospital, in the contrary they made the experience incredibly easy. They were so helpful and compassionate. Since they’ve seen our other feline babies and the service was equally impeccable! Techs Andrea and Arielle are unlike any I’ve dealt with in the past. Amazing is an understatement. Dr Crainick was equally amazing. Thank you team for all you’ve done for our family.

The staff at Winter Park Veterinary Hospital were not only technically competent in the end-of-life planning with us, but emotionally were there for us as well, including after his transition to dog heaven.

We have had a complex emergency with our wonderful 9 year old recue and we owe such a debt of gratitude to the amazing Emergency Care Team at Winter Park Veterinary Hospital. Every staff person from the phones to the ICU treated us with such genuine kindness. The team took very swift and efficient action. communicated well with us and made themselves available to sort out complications and strategies. And they took such good, kind, diligent care of our girl who was really suffering – and they pulled her (and us!) through! I can’t say enough about our gratitude. This is a place of excellence and care on every level!

A very special mention to the boarding team with which my babies spend their vacations, for all the attention and dedication with which they take care of them. They give them a lot of love when they are in their care.

Especially to Ana and Elsa with whom my babies have made a very good affinity, they pamper them a lot and take care of them with a lot of love. They stay very happy. Ana and Elsa take care of my babies with a lot of responsibility and affection. They treat them as if they were their babies. They feel at home.

Thank you Dr Cardenas and her Veterinary Technician Alba, for professional,smart, loving care to Ace. You provided detailed care given both written and verbal to help me with decision making. Ace was having increased pain to his hip from arthritis. You helped me by listening to my concerns with side effects and cost. I can not believe how great he is doing just 48 hours after starting new pain medication. I loved that my boy Ace wasn’t afraid or anxious in the least. What a fantastic experience. God Bless the staff at the Wellness Center. A true ZEN experience.

I wanted to get a second opinion of my pup and checked out the great reviews. It is obvious that those that work here care about animals. We saw Dr. Newman and staff and felt very comfortable.

My rabbit is a new patient with this vet hospital. From the moment I made the appointment to when I got there with my bunny to the time we left, everyone was fantastic and so nice. This is how a company should be. I didn’t feel like my loving pet was just another number for money. Everyone was so nice and showed they cared. Even got a call the next day for a follow up on my Miss Bunbun on how she was doing. We have 4 other pets and I will be driving out of my way to bring them to this hospital. I live in Lake County and it’s a 45 minute drive for me. The staff made it worth it. Keep up the good work!

Bailey crossed over the rainbow bridge on October 5th. I want to thank the special people that were part of our care team. Dr. Cardenas and Josh were comforting and caring and supported me throughout The room was peaceful and allowed me the time to say goodbye and hold my sweet boy.

Thanks to Dr. Andy Newman and staff for their professional and emphatic assistance in helping us yesterday to end the life of our cherished cat, Ashe. It was a tough day and a very tough decision that had to be made. Dr. Newman and staff were just great and we appreciate it so much. Thank you a thousand times!

I have seven rescue dogs and have been taking them to Winter Park Veterinary Hospital for the past four years. In reading the other reviews, yes, they are more expensive than other vets, but this is an example of truly getting what you pay for. They are incredibly professional and concerned for all kinds of animals; it is very common to see iguanas, ferrets, wildlife, cats, snakes, and dogs all in the reception area waiting for their appointments. I typically see Dr. Newman and I cannot say enough good things about him or the staff. I am extremely particular about the well-being of my dogs and I trust the staff at WPVH.

One of my dogs had surgery on his back leg. Dr. Newman called when the surgery was completed, explained what he found and how it was repaired, and then called a few hours later with his recommendation for keeping my dog there overnight and his post-op recovery. I picked him up the next morning, was given a full report by Dr. Newman, and had a bag waiting for me with medications and instructions. As always, the staff was extremely compassionate and professional. They explained the procedure and answered all of my questions.
