The holiday season is once again upon us, and we can’t help but be reminded of all we have to be thankful for. We’ve been privileged to care for generations of Winter Park and Orlando area pets, and pet parents, during our many decades of practice. Know that we realize how much you love your pets and never take the responsibility of caring for them lightly. We take pride in keeping your pet healthy, celebrate the new pets that have come into our lives — and remember and honor the ones no longer with us.
We’re also incredibly grateful to Winter Park Vet’s devoted and hard-working veterinarians, technicians and office staff. We’re proud of the dedication and care they show to our patients all year long and recognize that providing top-quality veterinary care is always a team effort. We couldn’t do what we do without every single one of them.
We’re thankful that we’ve been able to make a positive contribution to our local wildlife community here in Central Florida as well. We continue our longstanding partnership with Audubon Florida and support its mission to protect and rehabilitate Florida’s native birds. We derive great satisfaction and meaning in giving back to our community — and look forward to carrying on this important work in the new year.
In many ways, we’ve come a long way over our decades in practice. We’ve expanded our facilities, staff, diagnostic tools and treatment capabilities. But in the most important ways, we’ve remained true to our founder Dr. Hess’ vision for compassionate, capable and individualized care. We continue to offer a personal touch while also providing the best veterinary services available — and strive to continually improve ourselves to benefit the pets and pet parents we serve.
We wish you and your pet family a happy and joyous holiday season — with enough special memories to last and cherish for a lifetime. And to offer some extra seasonal cheer, here are some pet-themed holiday movies to enjoy with your favorite, furry couch buddy:
