After regular business hours

Outside of regular business hours, we direct our clients to alternative emergency hospitals. Kindly refer to the list at the bottom of the page for further information.

Urgent Care Hours:

Saturday: 2pm – 9pm
Sunday: 2pm – 9pm

During normal business hours

If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please call us at (407) 644-2676 to discuss your pet’s particular situation. We are experienced and equipped to handle emergencies and will advise on the best course of action for your pet’s individual situation. This allows our staff to assess your pet’s condition and to provide prompt veterinary care to your pet or discuss alternatives with you.  Please be aware for emergencies during office hours after 5pm or on the weekend, certain cases or new clients may be referred to the veterinary emergency clinic depending on our capacity. Please call us immediately if you pet is experiencing a medical emergency so we can help you make the best decision for your pet.

Our normal business hours are:

Monday – Friday: 7am – 7 pm

Saturday & Sunday:  8 am – 2 pm, Urgent Care/Emergency 2 pm – 9 pm
